We are proud of our tiny community who may not have much but have "everything" we could possibly need. Our community who can make something amazing with "nothing"... Our community in the middle of nowhere but "everywhere" one could only dream. A modest community who may not be rich in money but rich at heart.

We find value in family and community because with no community there is no Hāna and no Mean Bean Coffee. When something drastic and unfortunate happens such as a deadly fire, recession, pandemic, it's our community, our people who fuel us.

The Road to Hāna is more than a Highway, it's a life experience.
